Hello there!
As promised, here we are with Day 2 of 12 days of Podcast Marketing Tips from Tink. But, before we drop some wisdom on you, allow me to fill your podcast queue with some delicious goodness.
🎉 Presenting (once again) Tink’s Audio Delicacies
We’ve released our third annual Audio Delicacies List of podcast treats from 2024! This is inspired by Bello Collective’s 100 Outstanding Podcasts, which we dearly miss. Our list consists of more than 70 shows features contributions from podcast enthusiasts from all walks of the industry. PLUS, it spans various genres including comedy, fiction, interview, investigative, and out-of-the box treats.
Trust me, with this list, you’ll have enough to gorge on for weeks!
🧁 You can read more about it in Lauren’s Podcast the Newsletter or go check out the list here. Bon appetit!
Now, on to the main show.

🎁12 Days of Podcast Marketing Tips, Day 2🎁
Put on your best producer-y hat and think about what might make their lives easier, when it comes to planning your guest appearance on a show. At Tink, this looks like–having the subject line reflect what the episode might be called, pitching yourself for exact segments, and pitching based around current events. This not only makes it simpler for the producer(s) to know how you’ll fit into the show, but also goes a long way in showing that you’ve been paying attention!
That’s it for today! We return tomorrow with another tip.
Until then, stay warm and cozy.
Shreya
