Bonjour!
Thanks for reading Podcast Marketing Magic.
Notes
✍️Adela Mizrachi (of Podcast Brunch Club) and I are starting a podcast, Feed the Queue, which will be a feed drop show, featuring episodes of our favorite indies that aren’t getting enough attention. You can hear the trailer here, we’d love for you to leave a rating and review about HOW EXCITED YOU ARE!!! Get pumped to hear our absolute favorite things, things you’ve probably never heard before. We’re hand delivering you the best. Hear the trailer. And you can submit your show to be featured by emailing feedthequeue@gmail.com.
✍️I’m hosting another podcast marketing session with Radio Boot Camp on 5/6. This time it’s an hour longer, which means an hour of more fun. (And we can TOTALLY fucking nerd out.) Sign up here.
✍️Audry interviewed me about growing your show with creative partnerships. Watch the video and read more here.
✍️I did a webinar about how to grow your show by doing promo swaps, getting promoted in-app, and pitching yourself to newsletters. Watch it here.
✍️I hope you are all subscribed to Podcast the Newsletter, where I rant and rave about my favorite shows. Read/subscribe.
It is my life mission to get more podcasts swapping promos and working together in creative ways. It’s like Tom Webster said on his podcast I Hear Things: it’s about to get touch for indies, and they need to work together.
My swap database is…doot-de-doo! LIVE! (Could NOT have done this without Anne Baird.)
👉Click here to submit your show to be featured.
👉Click here to see the shows that are swapping.
Search the tags, and find a good fit. Search what kind of partnerships interest you. The more people who fill out the form, the more robust and helpful the database will be.
Share the database on Twitter and tell your friends. Mention it on an episode of your show. I’m doing this for you!
Let’s get swapping!
From The Desk of Tink
ICYMI, Tink Media is a podcast growth and ideas company that helps shows with pitching to apps and media, setting up promo and feed swaps, advertising, wild out-of-the-box thinking, and more.
This week I’m highlighting one of our clients, The Trail Ahead, where athletes and environmental advocates Faith E. Briggs and Addie Thompson dig into conversations at the intersection of race, environment, history and culture by talking to thought-leaders, athletes, activists, artists, scientists, comedians about what it’s like to move through the great outdoors. Addie and Faith are loveable but this show is mission-driven. Their natural conversations have you completely invested in advocacy and education in nature, and how we can build an outdoors that is more inclusive.

Congrats on the launch Lauren! Adding this to my newsletter tomorrow!
This is really cool :)
