Wow. Best love letter ever. Agree re: Arielle; perfectly drawn. Thanks for the inspiration. I'll remember that when I'm in a Mickey Mouse t-shirt and just want to go home and pull some socks on.
Wow - huge congrats and I loved learning more about the entire Tink! team, Lauren. You all are indeed rockstars and I've loved whatever bits and pieces I've learned through your team - either by reading/following newsletters and such, or by having the privilege to work with members of your team behind the scenes a bit. Your podcast-love and smarts completely energize me to get louder and louder about the potential for climate storytelling through podcasts. Thank you!
Congratulations. If you looking for podcast guests, I am an author and I can talk about personal finance, grants for small business owners s d entrepreneurship. I also have a substack publication called Grants for Small Business Owners
I'm helping business owners grow their brand by marketing their books. Podcast guesting is huge. I'm definitely subscribing your newsletter, and I love how raw you are with describing your business growth. I also love your attitude, you're so funny. We're all just building out here!
Are you still booking authors on podcasts? Perhaps we can work together! Cheers, Renee
Inspiring. I'm bookmarking this email as a reminder that one day I too will be lucky to surround myself with an amazing team, like yours, working together and creating (magical) content.
I really appreciate your taking the time on your Tink anniversary to do an extended shout out to your team. None of us can do it alone but few publicly acknowledge the teamwork. Congrats to you and your whole crew and wishing you all much continued success! 🙌
I'm still kicking myself for toeing the company line and "not bothering the talent" when you and Arielle came to London a million years ago back in May (horror-struck emoji). I have followed you since I started working in podcasting and appreciate you for being the polar opposite of bland in an industry that pumps an increasingly corporate pile of sameness every day into our eco-system. Our company ethos has always been about doing the work, rather than growing our brand, so we haven't particularly put ANY of our real selves out there. Your detailed love letter to everybody Tink resonated hugely (I love my co-workers too) and has inspired me to do something about this! Like right now! Congratulations on 4 years of grit and growth and great people - you deserve it.
I just love this so much and relate to it so hard. (I have been at the "maybe Doordash?" place many times, and in fact used to hand out flyers for a Doordash-like startup before Doordash existed.) The business and the team you've built since then is absolutely a wonder and your gratitude for everyone shines through. Beautiful stuff!! Thank you for sharing and happy 4th birthday to Tink!
I have interacted with most members of the team and you all are truly the best! I love this tribute so much! It almost had me waiting for the shoe to drop, like you were about to announce your departure or that you sold to another company. I love that in the end it was just that you wanted to shine a light on your team and those in your life that have supported you, just cuz. I'm glad we finally got a chance to meet and I look forward to our chat!
I always love seeing your newsletter in my inbox and I have met SO MANY COOL PEOPLE through the Tink extended family. Honestly feels like you've been around for, like, 20 years (in a good way, not a Grey's Anatomy way), I was kind of surprised to hear you started this journey only four years ago. Keep being fantastic!

Love everything about this! Awesome story and wonderful appreciation for everyone that you can tell is heartfelt.
Love you, love your parents (they set a high bar), and now love the Tink team. So very happy for you, Stellar.
Congrats. This is amazing and such a great team!
Thanks for sharing your story! It's inspiring. I'm cheering for you and Tink!
(BTW - I ❤️ the design of the Tink website. So good!)

Fantastic - an inspiring journey surrounded by awesome people. You can't ask for anything more.
